WORLDWIDE PROPERTY SHOW, HONG KONG
‘City of Arabia’ was in Hong Kong during October, with representatives from the Dubai based Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group (IMGG) showcasing their world class project at the Worldwide Property Show, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
Part of the ongoing development boom in Dubai, City of Arabia boasts a giant shopping complex, the Mall of Arabia, one of the largest in the world, and a hi-tech dinosaur theme park, the Restless Planet, which is being developed in collaboration with the Natural History Museum of London. Hong Kong based P&T Group are the chief architects of this exciting and unique project.
MAJOR CONTRACTS SIGNED WITH EMPOWER AND HILL INTL
During October, two major contracts were signed with the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group (IMGG). The first with Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (EMPOWER), to supply 120,000 Refrigeration ton of district cooling over the next 25 years; and the second with Hill International to become overall project managers for City of Arabia.
