Dubai, August 13, 2013: Dubai once again is witnessing fast track growth with multiple projects at various locations throughout the city, including the newly erected space frame at IMG Worlds of Adventure (IMGWOA), a themed entertainment facility. The facility owned by the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group is situated within City of Arabia, on Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. On-site construction work reflects the steady progress of this colossal project while the off-site ride manufacturing at various sites is currently underway and shipments are expected to arrive in the later part of this year.

Dubai, Feb 26, 2013: Amusement parks may be all fun and games– as Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group (IMG Group) is set to prove by partnering with Turner CN Enterprises to bring a dedicated Cartoon Network Zone to the IMG Worlds of Adventure – the global industry's growth is serious business. This exciting collaboration is vying for a piece of the theme park global market which is estimated to reach $31.8 billion (Dh116.8 billion) by 2017 driven largely by revenues from the Middle East, according to a recent report by Global Industry Analysts.*

IMG Group’s collaboration with Turner CN Enterprises will deliver a number of world firsts for both companies and fans, including the world’s first themed attractions for the multi award-winning property; The Amazing World of Gumball, Adventure Time, and LazyTown. The IMG Worlds of Adventure will also feature the world’s largest Ben 10 retail store and the first ever Ben 10 5D ride, along with branded restaurants and other branded immersive experiences across the 200,000 sq. feet utopia.

Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group raise Islamic facilities from Mashreq and Al Hilal Bank

Financial institutions, Al Hilal Bank and Mashreq, acting as the Mandated Lead Arrangers (MLAs) have successfully closed a club facility, structured on Shari'ah principles to finance construction of a THEME PARK in Dubai.

The project is developed by the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group (IMG), wholly owned by Mr. Ilyas Galadari and Mr. Mustafa Galadari, which is developing City of Arabia. Mashreq also acted as the documentation bank and is the investment agent for the transaction.

The Park boasts of innovative rides and one of the regions largest roller coasters. It will also comprise retail outlets including food and beverage and licensed merchandising.
