Please contact our Customer Service Department for the following:

1. Adding / Deleting a name on your Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)

Documents required:

  • Dully filled in application form - Download Form
  • Copy of the SPA - Pages one and two only
  • Passport Copy of existing owner
  • Passport Copy of the New Joint owner
  • NOC as applicable.

2. Request for transfer of ownership
