1. Adding / Deleting a name on your Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
Documents required:
- Dully filled in application form - Download Form
- Copy of the SPA - Pages one and two only
- Passport Copy of existing owner
- Passport Copy of the New Joint owner
- NOC as applicable.
2. Request for transfer of ownership
